The role involves designing and implementing a GenAI chatbot to assist Finance Analysts, leveraging Big Data and machine learning. This position offers high visibility and ownership in shaping the technical direction of impactful data products.

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
• Experience as a mentor or tech lead for an engineering team
• 5+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle, including coding standards and testing
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

• Own the architecture and technical design of GenAI and Big Data platforms.
• Design and build the Finance Analyst GenAI chatbot, ensuring safety and reliability of responses.
• Break down ambiguous financial requirements into clear technical designs.
• Set and enforce engineering standards for operational excellence and security.
• Mentor engineers and raise the design-review standards within the team.
