• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience
• 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications using C#, C++, Java, or Perl
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, and testing

• Design and build distributed services and APIs for contract lifecycle management and approval workflows.
• Develop and optimize approval-flow and workflow-orchestration engines to ensure compliance and auditability.
• Build and maintain integrations with e-signature and CLM platforms, synchronizing contract and account data.
• Implement LLM-powered workflows and automation to reduce manual effort in contract processes.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor other engineers to raise engineering standards.
• Identify root causes of operational issues and collaborate with stakeholders to drive permanent fixes.
