The Applications Development Tech Lead Analyst at Citibank will focus on designing and maintaining advanced architectural solutions for global securities reference data applications. This role involves leading multi-year programs that integrate various methodologies across geographically dispersed teams. The analyst will also be responsible for implementing microservices architecture and managing the decommissioning of legacy systems. Collaboration with a global team to deliver high-quality software solutions is essential.

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Applications, Business Analytics or related field.
• 6 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, Senior Product Manager, Lead Consultant or related position involving Financial instruments across multiple asset-classes.
• Experience with Data Analysis and Modeling for large data sets using SQL and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of Financial Regulations such as MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, FATCA/CRS, Basel III/IV.
• Experience in Regulatory Reporting and systems development related to Securities Master Central components.
• At least 3 years of experience in documented and tested system interface design to build API and Data Feeds.

• Design, implement, and maintain advanced architectural solutions for global securities reference data applications.
• Lead and manage multi-year, multi-million-dollar programs integrating Waterfall, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
• Produce detailed Use-Case diagrams, State-Transition diagrams, and Software Test Plans using enterprise-grade ALM tools.
• Architect and execute the decommissioning of large-scale legacy securities platforms and migrate historical data.
• Design and implement enterprise metadata management platforms for real-time data governance.
• Collaborate with a global team of software engineers, business analysts, and support staff to deliver high-quality software solutions.
