This role involves leading the evaluation platform and services for Siri within the Apple Intelligence team. • 5+ years of experience developing production software such as Python, Java, Go, or Swift
• 3+ years of engineering management experience, including owning roadmap and delivery
• Strong technical leadership and the ability to set architectural direction
• Experience with test infrastructure, CI/CD, or evaluation/ML platforms
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• M.S. or B.S. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent experience

• Lead and grow a team of engineers building backend services and evaluation harnesses
• Own the technical direction and roadmap for the evaluation platform
• Ensure the reliability and scalability of Siri evaluations
