The Global Workforce Optimization (GWFO) Data Architecture Senior Analyst is a data-savvy specialist responsible for serving as the in-house data Subject Matter Expert (SME). This role involves partnering with internal clients to translate data needs into scalable data pipelines and governance-aligned datasets. The analyst will lead high-impact data initiatives aimed at improving data maturity and simplifying onboarding processes. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical foundation and a passion for solving complex data challenges.

• 6+ years of demonstrated experience in data engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data frameworks, data pipeline and data modeling, and cloud or relationship database concepts.
• Prior experience in the banking industry or financial services sector is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or Math preferred.
• Experience with databases and coding languages such as SQL, SAS, Python, or R.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Data Architecture frameworks and methodologies.

• Partner with internal clients to capture data needs and define onboarding approaches.
• Own end-to-end data onboarding delivery including intake, requirements, mapping, and integration design.
• Establish repeatable onboarding data playbooks and templates to simplify data maturity.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders and execute day-to-day activities.
• Lead larger projects with broader impact and onboard new clients into the product suite.
• Collaborate with technology and data teams to design scalable data flows and integration patterns.
• Translate complex data problem statements into actionable designs and specifications.
• Implement checks and standards to improve data effectiveness and trust.
• Lead evaluations of data tooling to optimize onboarding and data quality needs.
