• 8 to 11+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Platform Development, or Automation with a focus on integrated backend systems.
• 3+ years of direct experience leading engineering teams and managing resource capacity.
• Demonstrated expertise in Python for backend development, API integration, and system automation.
• Proven track record of designing, building, and deploying internal tools and scalable automation frameworks.
• Strong hands-on experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
