• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards and operations
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Experience working with customers and delivering exceptional service
• Experience with AWS platforms, services, and design patterns
• Experience mentoring or training the engineering community on complex technical issues

• Design, develop, and operate scalable software and AI-powered agent services for AWS sellers and partners.
• Own features end-to-end from design through implementation, code review, deployment, and operational support.
• Build and integrate agentic tooling and services on top of Salesforce and internal AWS data sources.
• Collaborate with product managers, senior engineers, and partner teams to refine requirements.

• Troubleshoot production issues and drive improvements to reliability and cost.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and help pay down technical debt.
