This role is for a Software Development Engineer (SDE) in the AWS Infrastructure Services team, which is responsible for the design, planning, delivery, and operation of AWS global infrastructure. The team focuses on building and scaling AWS's central networking hub, enabling customers to connect various networks through a single gateway. SDEs will work on innovative technologies in a large distributed computing environment and tackle challenges in distributed systems and software-defined networking. • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience
• 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications using C#, C++, Java, or Perl
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience

• Collaborate with experienced cross-disciplinary teams to conceive and design innovative products and services.
