The Analyst, Fraud Data Analytics and Insights position at Fidelity focuses on supporting data analytics within the Fraud Risk and Control organization. The role involves analyzing data for fraud prevention and risk assessments while collaborating with stakeholders to provide actionable insights. The FRC team is dedicated to preventing and investigating fraud incidents across Fidelity's enterprise. This position requires a strong technical background combined with a risk mindset to navigate complex datasets.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative, analytics, or technical field.
• 2 plus years’ experience in the financial services industry.
• Fraud or risk related experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience using SQL and analytical platforms to work with large datasets.
• Experience with Python or other programming languages preferred.
• Familiarity with ETL tools such as SnapLogic, Alteryx, or Informatica.
• Proven experience with data exploration and visualizations using Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Conduct data analysis for fraud prevention, risk assessments, and policy decisions.
• Generate operational reporting for global operations and fraud loss trends.
• Develop expertise in Fidelity-specific fraud and scam domains.
• Communicate analysis and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with partners across enterprise cyber security.
