• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field and five years of experience as a Principal Software Engineer.
• Alternatively, a Master's degree in a related field and three years of experience as a Principal Software Engineer.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining customer-facing web applications using Java, Spring framework, Node.js, Angular, and JavaScript.
• Experience in developing cloud-based software solutions according to RESTful web services architecture.

• Ensure QA readiness of software deliverables.

• Advise on risk assessment and risk management strategies for projects.
• Plan and coordinate complex project schedules and assignments for multiple projects.
• Act as a primary liaison for business units to resolve various project and technology issues.
• Provide technology solutions to daily issues and technical evaluation estimates on technology initiatives.
• Advise senior management on technical strategy.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Perform independent and complex technical and functional analysis for multiple projects.
• Develop original and creative technical solutions to ongoing development efforts.
