The individual will be part of the AACI team within Fidelity’s Brokerage business unit, working alongside a diverse group of professionals in analytics, engineering, and product development. • 10 plus years of experience turning data into meaningful insights that influence strategy and improve customer experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field such as Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or Finance; an MBA or MS degree is advantageous.
• Proven ability to create innovative measurement frameworks and performance metrics.
• Strong strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business questions into actionable insights.
• Advanced analytical expertise with tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Github, and Power BI.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to simplify complex analyses and influence stakeholders.
