The role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure system performance and stability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field and six years of experience as a Vice President, Full Stack Engineering.
• Alternatively, a Master’s degree in a related field and four years of experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing distributed applications according to 12-factor principles.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Confluent, and Kafka.
• Proficiency in modernizing legacy applications using DevSecOps practices.

• Translate and incorporate business vision and strategy into architectural recommendations.
• Participate in high-level, cross-functional architecture design teams.
• Consult on the development and delivery of major technology initiatives.
• Oversee the technical implementation of cross-divisional architectural components.
• Initiate and drive project discussions with users or external groups to resolve issues.
• Provide leadership and technical supervision to multiple teams on complex projects.
• Research and recommend new technologies to enhance system capabilities.
