This position involves building digital labor bots and enhancing their capabilities through software development and integration with AI technologies. The role focuses on automating business processes to create fully digital experiences and translating technical concepts into business value for stakeholders. The candidate will develop Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Blue Prism and support the software development lifecycle. Additionally, the role includes providing recommendations on development standards and improving automation delivery across teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Data Science and Analytics, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field and five years of experience as a Principal Software Engineer/Developer.
• Alternatively, a Master's degree in a related field and three years of experience as a Principal Software Engineer/Developer.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing, architecting, and delivering Blue Prism automation solutions.
• Experience providing technical support to expand adoption of automation platforms.
• Proficiency in integrating RPA solutions with DevOps tools, SQL databases, and enterprise systems.

• Participate in architecture and design teams.
• Perform independent and complex technical and functional analysis for multiple projects.
• Develop original and creative technical solutions to ongoing development efforts.
• Prepare and present design proposals and project outcomes to senior leadership.
• Represent the automation practice in enterprise technology forums and strategy sessions.
• Identify enterprise automation opportunities and champion innovative solutions.
• Meet project goals on-time and on-budget.
• Develop applications on complex projects and subsystems.
• Recommend development testing tools and methodologies.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for multiple applications or subsystems.
• Establish full project life cycle plans for complex projects.
• Advise on risk assessment and risk management strategies.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers.
