This position is for a Principal Full Stack Engineer responsible for designing and implementing full-stack solutions using J2EE, Spring/Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Angular. The role involves developing complex backend services and frontend components while ensuring high-quality standards across multiple applications. The engineer will also mentor junior team members and collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance system performance. The focus is on driving consistency in coding standards and improving application integration patterns.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field and five years of experience as a Principal Full Stack Engineer or closely related occupation.
• Alternatively, a Master's degree in a related field and three years of experience in the same role.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and supporting responsive full-stack and single-page web applications.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, application deployment workflows, and monitoring applications.

• Participate in architecture design teams and define application-level architecture.
• Develop applications on complex projects and recommend development testing tools.
• Establish full project life cycle plans for complex projects across multiple platforms.
• Advise on risk assessment and management strategies for projects.
• Mentor junior team members and perform independent technical analysis for multiple projects.
• Build CI/CD infrastructure to deploy applications and improve software quality.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze application usage patterns.
