• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field and six years of experience as a Director, AI/ML Engineering.
• Or alternatively, a Master’s degree in a related field and four years of experience as a Director, AI/ML Engineering.
• Demonstrated expertise in architecting and developing intelligent digital business systems that integrate AI and ML with micro-services using Cloud-native technologies.

• Translate and incorporate business vision and strategy into AI or ML architectural strategy recommendations.
• Participate in high-level, cross-functional design teams.
• Identify and consult with internal and external technical resources to produce strategic designs.
• Consult on the development and delivery of major technology initiatives for the business unit.
• Oversee the technical implementation of cross-divisional or company architectural components.
• Establish best practices and develop technical documentation to support standardization.
• Provide leadership, technical supervision, and expertise to multiple teams on complex projects.
• Research and recommend new technologies to enhance capabilities.
