Job description
This position is for a Senior Process Integration Development Engineer in the Logic Technology Development team at Intel. The team focuses on advanced semiconductor process technologies, where the engineer will design, execute, and analyze experiments to develop innovative device architectures. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful transfer of technology to manufacturing. Candidates will contribute to shaping the future of semiconductor processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years, Master's degree with 5+ years, or a Ph.D. degree with 3+ years of experience in a relevant STEM field.
- Experience in semiconductor processing, fabrication, or nanotechnology.
- Proficiency in design of experiments and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Strong computational data skills.
- Experience in overlay development, lithography process layer development, or EUV materials process development.
Responsibilities
- Lead scientific research enabling the manufacture of innovative device architectures.
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments to meet engineering specifications.
- Participate in the development of intellectual property.
- Integrate individual steps necessary for the manufacture of complex microprocessors.
- Ramp to manufacturing volumes and transfer technology to counterparts in manufacturing.
