Job description

This role focuses on driving technology development and enablement for high-volume manufacturing and future process technologies. The successful candidate will lead pathfinding activities that support process and hardware development for next-generation manufacturing technologies. The position requires regular onsite presence and involves collaboration with equipment suppliers to optimize and implement processes. The role also emphasizes identifying and implementing improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency and operational performance.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related STEM field with 6+ years of semiconductor industry experience in dry etch process development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related STEM field with 9+ years of semiconductor industry experience in dry etch process development.
  • 3+ years of experience collaborating with equipment suppliers on process optimization, development, and implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide process integration and equipment solutions for manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to meet device performance requirements.
  • Lead the design and development of advanced manufacturing processes.
  • Identify and implement equipment and process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
  • Contribute to technology roadmaps that enable future product innovation.
