Job description
The Senior Customer Solutions Engineer at Intel's Client Computing and Physical AI Group will play a crucial role in enabling next-generation mobile and desktop client platforms. This position involves collaboration with OEM customers, engineering teams, and program stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of innovative platform technologies. The engineer will focus on platform planning, issue resolution, and customer engagement throughout the product lifecycle. This role requires strong technical leadership and the ability to manage complex platform issues effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 5+ years of industry experience, or a Master's degree in the same or related fields and 3+ years of industry experience.
- Experience in designing, validating, or enabling electronic systems and platforms.
- Experience managing technical projects or programs involving cross-functional engineering teams.
- Experience working directly with customers or external partners in a technical capacity.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical interface between customers and Intel engineering teams.
- Lead cross-functional execution across platform technologies including hardware, firmware, graphics, connectivity, and I/O technologies.
- Drive resolution of critical platform issues and customer escalations throughout the product lifecycle.
- Represent customer readiness and platform health in program reviews and leadership forums.
- Develop technical assessments and customer enablement plans to accelerate design wins and product launches.
- Align milestones, dependencies, risks, priorities, and deliverables across customer and engineering teams.
