The Senior Customer Solutions Architect for Graphics & AI at Intel will drive customer adoption of advanced graphics and AI technologies across next-generation client platforms. This role involves serving as a trusted technical advisor to strategic customers and partners, focusing on defining, architecting, and optimizing innovative solutions. The position requires collaboration across various teams to translate customer needs into scalable product solutions while influencing future technology roadmaps. The ideal candidate will blend technical expertise with strong customer engagement and leadership skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of industry experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience in graphics hardware, software, architecture, or platform enablement.
• Experience with AI software technologies and their interaction with hardware or compute platforms.
• Experience working directly with customers or ecosystem partners in a technical capacity.

• Serve as the center point of contact for technical collaborations with customers and internal teams.
• Own the end-to-end architecture of customer solutions in alignment with product and IP architectures.
• Co-define test vehicle and validation strategies while managing execution schedules and resource negotiations.
• Drive technology tradeoff decisions to meet customer needs and ensure compliance with standards.
• Act as the customer voice and collaborate with internal teams to manage customer dashboards.
• Participate in identifying critical technology solutions for future product needs and influence roadmaps.
