This role is crucial for influencing the product roadmap and ensuring high engagement across various communication platforms.

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 8 years of work experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, performing statistical analysis, and coding, or 5 years of work experience with a Master's degree.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies.

• Utilize advanced predictive modeling, causal inference, and machine learning techniques to optimize user phone calling experiences.
• Design A/B experiments and develop comprehensive measurement frameworks, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and dashboards to evaluate new calling features.
• Develop classification and evaluation strategies to improve Scam Detection and Call Screen features.
• Collaborate with engineering and data engineering to advocate for infrastructure solutions for metrics and cross-app impact analysis.
• Measure engagement and virality of peer-to-peer communication features to uncover data-driven insights for monetization opportunities.
