• 15 years of experience in engineering or product leadership in the inception, design, implementation, and launch of B2C and B2B products.
• 15 years of experience managing an engineering team.
• Experience leading engineering of products in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or Business Management is preferred.
• Experience in EdTech engineering leadership, particularly with web-based products.

• Lead engineering efforts to develop a next-generation educational platform for teaching and learning.
• Develop the technical platform strategy and innovation agenda.
• Create new platform capabilities to deliver personalized learning experiences based on user profiles.
