Arcadis is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Civil Engineer to join their Water Resilience team in Columbus, OH. This role focuses on contributing to civil infrastructure and land development projects, supporting project delivery from planning through design and construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in site civil design and experience with hydraulic and hydrologic modeling software. • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in site civil engineering, land development, or related infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Experience with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software such as HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, EPA SWMM, StormCAD, SewerCAD, CivilStorm, InfoDrainage, or PCSWMM
• Knowledge of site grading, stormwater management, utility design, sanitary sewer capacity analysis, and construction administration principles

• Contribute to the planning, design, and delivery of site civil engineering projects, including land development and utility infrastructure.
• Prepare engineering drawings, plan sets, grading plans, utility layouts, profiles, and technical details using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Support hydrologic and hydraulic analyses and develop design solutions that meet applicable standards and regulations.
• Assist with the preparation of site plans, stormwater management reports, erosion and sediment control plans, and permit applications.
• Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, vendors, utility providers, and multidisciplinary project teams to support successful project delivery.
