The Sr Forward Deployed Engineer at Jacobs will take on the challenge of transforming ambiguous client problem statements into effective solutions using Palantir Foundry and custom development. This role requires a seasoned individual contributor who can lead technically while mentoring junior engineers. The engineer will work across multiple projects, adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. • 6+ years of relevant experience in software development.
• Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and AIP, including ontology and pipelines.
• Strong software development skills in modern JavaScript frameworks, preferably React, and Python.
• Experience incorporating AI and LLMs into production solutions.
• Proven ability to operate with ambiguity and drive solutions with minimal direction.

• Own solutions end-to-end by transforming rough problem statements into working solutions.
• Serve as the go-to technical resource for junior engineers, providing guidance and direction.
• Manage an active workload across multiple projects, prioritizing effectively.
• Adapt quickly to changes in client needs and project priorities without losing focus.
