The Senior Product Designer role at EY focuses on leading design efforts within a multidisciplinary team to create exceptional user experiences in financial services technology. The position is part of the Product and Experience Design (PxD) Team, which emphasizes AI-first design and human-centered approaches. The designer will work closely with clients to frame problems, develop prototypes, and ensure designs meet user needs. This role also involves mentoring junior designers and supporting business development activities.

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, UX Design, Interaction Design, Industrial or Product Design, or a related field, and 3 years of progressive work experience, or a master's degree and 2 years of work experience.
• A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and design system contribution.
• Experience designing complex, data-heavy or workflow-driven products.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Lead the design of a workstream from problem framing to writing specifications for engineers.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance the design process and improve efficiency.
• Design AI-enabled experiences that incorporate user trust and decision-making.
• Collaborate with Agile teams using Jira and other software platforms.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and present design work to stakeholders.
