The SAP Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Integration Manager at EY will lead the design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment of manufacturing execution solutions. This role involves collaborating with various teams, including manufacturing, supply chain, and IT, to create efficient end-to-end processes. The manager will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that technology implementations meet client requirements. • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related discipline.
• Typically, no less than 4 -6 years of experience delivering SAP-enabled manufacturing or MES solutions.
• Strong functional knowledge of production execution in discrete, repetitive, or process manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on experience integrating SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP with SAP PP/PP-PI and related modules.
• Experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing or leading MES platforms such as Siemens Opcenter or Rockwell FactoryTalk.

• Lead discovery workshops to assess current manufacturing processes and integration requirements.
• Translate production, quality, traceability, and reporting requirements into functional and technical solution designs.
• Design end-to-end integration between SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP and MES applications.
• Configure and support inbound and outbound production transactions.
• Define interface architecture using appropriate technologies such as SAP Integration Suite and APIs.
• Integrate MES with shop-floor systems and equipment.
• Collaborate with various teams to resolve cross-functional dependencies.
• Prepare process flows, solution architecture, and functional specifications.
• Plan and execute testing and manage defects through closure.
• Support cutover, data readiness, and go-live activities.
