The Process Mechanical Engineering Intern will join the Advanced Facilities team at Jacobs, working in either Appleton, WI or Greenville, SC. This hybrid role involves collaborating with engineers and designers to develop engineering solutions for niche manufacturing facilities. Interns will gain hands-on experience in project work, including field investigations and preparing construction design packages. The position offers an opportunity to grow expertise in mechanical systems and contribute to innovative client solutions.

• Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program for Mechanical Engineering
• Desire to design mechanical systems and specify equipment for the manufacturing market
• Ability to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship

• Assist with complex facility design projects ensuring compliance with codes and standards
• Develop estimates and scopes of work for engineering projects
• Perform detailed engineering calculations and analyses to support design decisions
• Create and review technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports
