Job description
As a Senior ASIC Verification Engineer at NVIDIA, you will be part of a team focused on verifying the design and implementation of leading GPUs. This role involves using advanced verification methodologies to ensure the correctness of ASIC builds and architectures. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in ASIC verification.
- Experience in verification using random stimulus along with functional coverage and assertion-based verification methodologies.
- Experience with design and verification tools such as VCS or equivalent simulation tools.
- Expertise in System Verilog or similar hardware verification languages.
- Strong debugging and analytical skills.
- Experience in Perl and C/C++ programming languages is desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as a great teammate.
Responsibilities
- Verify the design and implementation of the industry's leading GPUs.
- Verify the ASIC build, architecture, golden models, and micro-architecture using advanced verification methodologies.
- Understand the design and implementation of your unit/cluster/chip and define the verification scope.
- Develop the verification infrastructure and verify the correctness of the design.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and pre- and post-silicon verification teams.
