The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst at Citi is a senior-level technologist responsible for driving the full lifecycle of application development. • 6+ years of hands-on experience in application development or systems analysis.
• Extensive experience in software application programming and systems analysis.
• Deep proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with messaging and event-streaming technologies such as Apache Kafka and IBM MQ.
• Proficiency working with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering workflows.
• Proven experience designing and implementing solutions that adhere to enterprise architecture blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD.
• Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent technical workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred.

• Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure design adheres to architecture blueprints.

• Provide in-depth analysis to define issues and develop innovative solutions.
• Serve as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts.
