• 4+ years of professional experience in software development using a modern programming language like C++, Java, Python, or Golang
• 3+ years of experience with architecture and design
• 3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or hybrid data center
• Good hands-on experience in building complex distributed systems
• Advanced knowledge of at least one OOP language such as Java, Go, or Python
• Experience with continuous delivery (CI/CD) and Infrastructure as Code
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience operating in cloud-native environments like Azure and AWS

• Provide technical and thought leadership to the enterprise in one or multiple areas
• Collaborate with product managers, team members, customers, and other engineering teams to solve tough problems
• Be accountable for the quality, usability, and performance of the solutions
• Coach junior engineers and strengthen the technical expertise of the engineering community
• Share best practices and improve processes within and across teams
• Determine and support resource requirements and evaluate operational processes
• Be willing to take on-call and operational support
