The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior-level position focused on building high-performance, large-scale applications. This role involves leading systems analysis and programming activities while collaborating with management teams to enhance system functionalities. The analyst will provide expertise in application design and ensure adherence to architectural standards. Additionally, the position requires mentoring mid-level developers and managing compliance with regulations.

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role
• Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications
• Hands-on experience in Web technologies including HTML, CSS, React JS, REST-APIs, Multithreading, and Backend using Java/J2EE technologies
• Strong fundamentals of OOPS concepts, Data Structures, and Algorithms
• Strong experience developing and architecting integrated solutions with non-functional requirements like scalability and high availability
• Strong experience with API and Web Services development using REST/SOAP protocols
• Fundamental database concepts and experience with a relational database or NoSQL platforms
• Ability and willingness to work across multiple tools, frameworks, and technology stacks
• Fundamental understanding of cloud platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Good understanding of Standard, Enterprise Design Patterns, and SOLID principles
• Strong knowledge with testing frameworks like JUNIT, Cucumber, Jasmine/Mocha
• Preferred experience in High-Speed Messaging platforms such as KAFKA
• Experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery technologies and tools
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

• Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals and identify necessary system enhancements.
• Resolve a variety of high-impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes and system processes.
• Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business integrate to accomplish business goals.
• Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions.
• Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary.
• Assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and compliance with applicable laws.
