• 13+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or quality engineering automation within a large-scale enterprise or global financial services environment.
• Proven track record providing operational support for enterprise-scale applications.
• Demonstrated experience in incident management and root cause analysis.
• Strong diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Install, configure, upgrade, administer, and support enterprise test management and performance engineering toolsets.
• Provide end-to-end operational support for hosted applications, establishing robust monitoring and observability.
• Rapidly troubleshoot, triage, and remediate performance and availability incidents.
• Conduct thorough Root Cause Analysis and post-incident reviews.
• Architect robust workflows across Test Management systems to ensure traceability.
• Design and deploy integration solutions using messaging technologies.
• Design and embed automated quality gates into DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead the design and standardization of functional test automation frameworks.
• Serve as a Technology Subject Matter Expert for internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and analysts.
