The Engineering Lead Analyst for SonarQube & Code Quality Engineering is a senior-level role focused on enhancing code quality and security within enterprise software delivery pipelines. This position involves leading static code analysis, automated quality governance, and integrating modern engineering practices. The analyst will work closely with development teams and architects to implement and manage code quality platforms like SonarQube. Additionally, the role emphasizes the use of AI tools to optimize developer experience and streamline code governance.

• 13+ years of relevant experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, or Code Quality Engineering within a large-scale enterprise.
• Proven hands-on administration and engineering experience with SonarQube and related static analysis tools.
• Strong development or scripting skills in Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go.
• Deep working knowledge of CI/CD pipeline automation tools such as Jenkins, Harness, Tekton, or GitHub Actions.
• Practical experience with container technologies like Docker, Podman, OpenShift, or Kubernetes.
• Proven experience leveraging existing BDD frameworks and unit/functional test suites.
• Familiarity or hands-on experience with Agentic AI architectures and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Demonstrated experience in vulnerability management and automated security compliance.

• Lead the architecture, deployment, and continuous enhancement of enterprise Static Application Security Testing and Code Quality platforms.
• Embed automated code quality scanning and gating into modern CI/CD orchestration platforms.
• Leverage existing automated Behavior-Driven Development testing frameworks within the software development lifecycle.
• Architect and operationalize Agentic AI workers and Model Context Protocol tool ecosystems.
• Partner with Cyber Security and Application teams to triage and remediate static code vulnerabilities.
• Serve as the technical authority on code quality and AI-enabled engineering practices for stakeholders.
• Assess risk during technical decision-making to safeguard the firm's reputation and assets.
• Ensure compliance of quality tools and processes with internal audit standards and regulatory requirements.
