As a Sr. Machine Learning Compiler Engineer III on the AWS Neuron team, you will lead the development of a compiler designed to manage large machine learning workloads. The team focuses on optimizing neural net models for AWS hardware and aims to create a toolchain that significantly enhances performance. You will work closely with AWS ML services teams and engage in pre-silicon design and product launches. A background in machine learning and AI accelerators is preferred but not mandatory.

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
• 5+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle, including coding standards and operations
• Experience as a mentor or tech lead in an engineering team
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
