The Amazon Center for Quantum Computing is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembly, Integration, & Testing Specialist to join their team. This role focuses on assembling and testing complex electrical and mechanical systems, particularly in cryogenic operations and hardware integration. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with engineers and stakeholders to support the development of a fault-tolerant quantum computer. A strong background in engineering principles and effective communication skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

• 2+ years of hardware design and validation experience with components, subsystems, and systems.
• Knowledge of material and manufacturing methods.
• Familiarity with engineering practices for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle.
• Experience with hardware/software integration and real-time systems.

• Perform cryogenic operations including hardware integration and reconfiguration.
• Document processes and integrate quantum processors.
• Assemble, integrate, and test novel cryogenic RF/Microwave hardware.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on reconfiguration requirements and scheduling.
• Maintain and organize R&D lab infrastructure and facilities.
• Compose technical documents and troubleshoot technical issues.
