• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team
• Experience with AI/ML technologies
• 5+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

• Lead engineering strategy and roadmap for Sponsored Products Autonomous Campaigns
• Design and implement scalable architecture for agent orchestration and tool invocation
• Build scalable, reusable data and tool registry
• Construct evaluation pipelines to assess agent reasoning quality and performance metrics
• Integrate and manage tuning pipelines for model optimization
• Implement observability, logging, and metrics for agent behaviors and model performance
• Ensure resilience, fault isolation, and SLA compliance in systems
