The Principal Full Stack Engineer will lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications across the technology stack. This role involves deep expertise in modern web technologies and cloud architecture, particularly AWS. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8 plus years of experience in full stack development, with at least 3 years in a senior or principal role.
• Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue and back-end technologies including Node.js, Java, or Python.
• Expertise in AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, and CloudFormation.
• Experience working with relational database technologies like Postgres or Oracle.
• Knowledge of mock frameworks and service virtualization is preferred.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end solutions across front-end, back-end, and cloud infrastructure.
• Architect and optimize AWS-based cloud environments, ensuring scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
• Develop high-quality, maintainable code using modern frameworks and languages.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to deliver robust and user-friendly applications.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams, promoting best practices in coding, testing, and architecture.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and implement monitoring and observability solutions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to architecture and processes.
