The Regulatory Reporting Data Analyst will support the regulatory reporting process for Fidelity’s broker dealers and customer channels. This role involves analyzing trade and customer account data to meet external regulatory requirements and improve internal reporting systems. The team collaborates closely with various business partners to ensure compliance with industry regulations. The position emphasizes hands-on collaboration and proactive problem-solving to enhance reporting processes.

• Bachelor’s degree
• FINRA Brokerage license Series 7 required within 6 months of hire
• Experience with trade and/or customer account data, or regulatory trade reporting is a plus
• Proficient with SQL, Oracle databases, Excel, and other data visualization tools
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools and experience with Python is a plus
• Highly analytical with the ability to comprehend large data sets

• Analyze trading and customer identification and account data for regulatory reporting activities.
• Support data research and analysis for regulator and customer inquiries.
• Identify data anomalies and gaps to resolve reporting issues.
• Explore and implement AI and Machine Learning solutions to enhance regulatory reporting processes.
• Support data governance, quality control, and data mapping documentation.
• Perform and design acceptance testing related to data quality for regulatory reporting systems.
