• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience
• 1+ years of experience in designing and developing large-scale software applications using C#, C++, Java, or Perl
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience

• Design and build data ingestion pipelines and APIs that collect, normalize, and unify marketing data.
• Develop services that prepare clean, structured data for consumption by AI agents.
• Identify and resolve root causes of operational issues to improve system reliability and data quality.
• Mentor and coach other engineers through code reviews and design discussions.
• Collaborate with product, data science, and marketing stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
