This role involves working on the Amazon Ads Agent Chat system, which utilizes AI to assist advertisers through conversational interfaces. The ideal candidate will possess full-stack coding expertise and a strong understanding of AI agent concepts. • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Knowledge of LLM concepts, context management, and memory systems
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and practices

• Own the design and implementation of major deliverables end-to-end across the entire technology stack.
• Build scalable, well-designed software services that reduce engineering complexity.
• Leverage AI throughout the development lifecycle for coding, debugging, and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, technical program managers, and partner teams.
