This role is focused on leading the architectural design and development of AI-powered HR support solutions within Amazon's Employee Services Technology team. The team aims to transform employee experiences by leveraging AWS services and generative AI. You will work closely with product and business stakeholders to create scalable, maintainable systems that enhance operational efficiency. This position also involves mentoring junior engineers and driving technical excellence across the team.

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
• 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications
• Experience with programming languages such as C#, C++, Java, or Perl
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience

• Lead the architectural design and development of critical platform features

• Architect and implement AI powered solutions leveraging AWS services
• Design and build robust integration patterns between multiple HR systems
