• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.

• Experience in designing, developing, and architecting large-scale distributed systems, managed cloud services, or relational databases.

• Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of software engineers.
• Define and execute the long-term technical goal for the Platform for the Agentic era.
• Oversee the end-to-end design, implementation, and operational reliability of major components across the AlloyDB platform stack.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and UX to define product roadmaps.
