This role involves leading a multi-quarter portfolio of data platform modernization programs at Pinterest. The Data Engineering organization focuses on enhancing data platforms that support various products through modernization efforts. The position requires collaboration with engineering leads and managing cross-team execution on complex migrations. The ideal candidate will leverage AI to improve workflows and decision-making processes.

• 5+ years of TPM experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs, ideally within large-scale data platforms.
• Solid understanding of large-scale data platforms, including batch and streaming pipelines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in building dashboards and interpreting data.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with a track record of partnering with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with data platforms, streaming systems, or open table formats is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
