The role of Manager in Technology Consulting at EY focuses on Salesforce Solution deployments within the Service Delivery Center. • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience.
• Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field and 4 years of work experience.
• Must have 3 years of experience in software configuration, development, workflow, and process design.
• Must have 1 year of experience with Salesforce configuration, integration, and project delivery.
• Requires domestic travel up to 15% to serve client needs.

• Participate in all delivery phases of Salesforce Solution deployments for the Service Delivery Center.
• Lead team members in all delivery phases, including inception, elaboration, construction, and transition.
• Oversee the development of requirements specifications and design documents.
• Facilitate workshops to elicit functional requirements from client partners both remotely and on-site.
• Support user acceptance testing and defect resolution.
