The Product Design Manager role at EY focuses on leading design delivery efforts within the Product and Experience Design (PxD) Team, which is part of the FSO Technology Consulting. This position involves working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to create exceptional user experiences and AI-enabled solutions for clients in the financial services sector. The manager will oversee the quality of design work, mentor junior designers, and engage in business development activities. The role requires a strong understanding of design principles and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, UX Design, Interaction Design, Industrial or Product Design, or a related field, and 5 years of progressive work experience in product or UX design.
• Demonstrated experience leading design on complex or regulated products.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and hands-on experience contributing to design systems.
• Fluency in Agile delivery using Jira or equivalent tools.
• Regular use of LLMs and AI-assisted design tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Figma Make.

• Lead design delivery efforts across engagements and manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure the quality of the user experience and oversee the economics of workstreams.
• Shape design standards, tooling, and the use of AI in design processes.
• Conduct business development activities, including pursuits and proposals.
• Assess client design and technology maturity and define a roadmap for improvement.
