The Senior Product Designer role at EY is focused on leading design efforts within the Product and Experience Design (PxD) Team, part of the Financial Services Organization's Technology Consulting. This position involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create innovative, AI-first design solutions for clients in the financial services sector. The designer will be responsible for guiding projects from problem framing to final specifications, ensuring high-quality user experiences. The role also emphasizes mentoring junior designers and engaging in business development activities.

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, UX Design, Interaction Design, Industrial or Product Design, or a related field, and 3 years of progressive work experience, or a master's degree and 2 years of work experience.
• A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, including problem framing, interaction design, visual craft, and outcomes.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and design system contribution.
• Experience designing complex, data-heavy or workflow-driven products.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Lead the design of a workstream from problem framing to writing specifications for engineers.
• Collaborate with researchers, technologists, product managers, and engagement team members.
• Mentor junior designers and support business development activities.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance the design process and improve efficiency.
• Own the day-to-day client relationship for the workstream and present design decisions to stakeholders.
