• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field and 5 years of progressive work experience, or a Master's degree and 4 years of work experience.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI-enabled tools and methods across product discovery and delivery.
• Experience in setting product vision, managing product roadmaps, and leading product launches.
• Ability to facilitate discussions with technical, design, and business subject-matter resources.
• Thorough understanding of complex information systems and technology organizations.

• Work with multidisciplinary feature teams to define and launch products and services for large global organizations.
• Use user-centered, data-driven, and AI-enabled methods to synthesize research and identify unmet needs.
• Advocate for users throughout the product lifecycle and validate AI-generated insights.
• Define product roadmaps, manage backlogs, and coordinate teams to release quality products.
• Drive technology delivery by translating product vision and customer insights into business requirements.
