Microsoft is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to enhance AI-powered digital experiences within the Web Operations organization. This role focuses on improving the efficiency and automation of Microsoft's web ecosystem by collaborating with various teams including Marketing, UX, and Engineering. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise in AI and program management to drive operational success and deliver scalable solutions. • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
• 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• Experience with Microsoft AI technologies, prompt engineering, and agent-based experiences.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) authoring, publishing, and content operations.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale web experiences through APIs and digital platform architectures.

• Drive adoption of AI-powered solutions that improve content workflows and operational efficiency.
• Build with Microsoft AI technologies including Copilot Studio and AI agents.
• Design, test, and optimize prompts and agent workflows for scalable outcomes.
• Own programs that enhance the delivery and performance of Microsoft's web experiences.
• Partner with UX, Design, and Content teams to align experiences with business goals.
• Advance the Frontier Marketer self-serve model for content publishing.
• Monitor adoption and quality signals to manage self-serve scope.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions that balance customer experience and maintainability.
• Communicate program health and risks clearly to stakeholders.
