The manager will cultivate high-performing teams while ensuring design quality and effective collaboration across Microsoft and with silicon partners. • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 12+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• 6+ years of people management experience.
• Deep experience with MLIR, LLVM, ONNX Runtime, or comparable compiler and runtime technologies.
• Experience leading research and engineering teams that move machine learning innovations into production.

• Lead teams in defining technical strategy and architecture for machine learning runtime and tools.
• Oversee the integration of customer insights into product designs and solutions.
• Guide teams in understanding and advocating for security and privacy needs.
• Ensure the production of maintainable, well-tested, and performant code.
• Drive project plans and resource management across multiple engineering organizations.
