• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years experience in business analytics, data science, software development, data modeling, or data engineering OR Bachelor's Degree in the same fields AND 4+ years experience OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience with data governance, data compliance and/or data security.
• Proficient in designing data architectures, data models, and scalable data platforms.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and problem understanding.
• Effective cross-team and technical communication skills.

• Lead the design, development, and ownership of enterprise-scale marketing data products.
• Architect, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT frameworks.
• Design and implement robust semantic models and business metrics.
• Drive end-to-end ownership of data architecture across the data lifecycle.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert for assigned marketing data domains.
• Build and evolve a strategic backlog of data capabilities and product features.
• Collaborate with source-system owners to integrate data from various platforms.
• Develop proof-of-concepts and technical validations for new data sources.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive data quality frameworks and monitoring systems.
• Implement Medallion Architecture patterns and domain-driven data product strategies.
• Design reusable engineering frameworks and scalable code patterns.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools and practices for solution delivery.
• Review and govern AI-generated code and infrastructure definitions.
• Drive CI/CD automation and DevOps excellence across environments.
• Partner closely with Data Architects and Engineering teams to establish data standards.
• Champion data governance, privacy, compliance, and security principles.
• Mentor and support engineers through technical leadership and knowledge sharing.
