The Senior Media Systems & Engineer Lead is responsible for overseeing technology, financial management, and workflow transformation in modern media production environments. This role requires a blend of engineering expertise and leadership to ensure that production systems align with business objectives. The position is part of the Global Event Production and Studios Team and acts as a liaison between various departments including Engineering, Production, and Finance. The focus is on developing technology strategies, managing budgets, and leading cross-functional programs to enhance operational effectiveness.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 5+ years of technical support or consulting experience.
• Experience in project management or related coursework.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs in complex organizational environments.
• 6+ years of experience in media production, post-production, or related fields.
• Experience managing engineering budgets and procurement processes.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and project management tools.

• Design, deploy, and support secure and scalable media production systems.
• Lead system architecture and operational readiness for major productions.
• Establish engineering standards and continuous-improvement practices.
